I couldn't find a published customer setting that makes a GO Focus Plus recording continue until the full duration of a reverse-rule event. From what you're seeing, the clip appears to use a set capture window rather than extending automatically with the event. If you need a longer clip, please open a Support request with the camera model, the rule configuration, an example event time, and the before&#x2F;after recording duration you need. The team can confirm what's supported for that camera and setup. It is possible we can extend the duration but I cant make any promises. I do not know of a way to do this using the UI so I had an AI agent share the way to do this through the API. Please let me know if you have any questions: For a larger list, this can be automated through the MyGeotab API using the DriverChange object with the change type TripDriver. Each assignment should include: - The vehicle&#x2F;device ID - The driver ID - The date and time associated with the trip The timestamp is important. A date alone is not enough if the vehicle made multiple trips that day. Also, use TripDriver when assigning a specific trip. A normal driver change may affect driver attribution for subsequent trips instead. Currently, GO Focus videos are downloaded in two separate files (one for video and one for audio). Geotab plans to implement an option in the future to choose whether you want the files separate or combined, although there's no set date for this update yet.

I have media recording enabled via a reverse rule for the Go Focus Plus cameras. Is it possible to change the video duration? I've noticed that the maximum recording time is 10 seconds, even if the event lasts longer. I want the recording to capture the entire duration of the event.

There are users in my database with the authentication type &quot;my admin user,&quot; but they do not appear when I search for them. My user account uses basic authentication.

I want to enable Unified Login for my database administrator users so they can configure their accounts for MCP usage. My account in this database did accept the unified login.
