I am not sure how many codes you are adding perhaps using a rule with the or criteria between each code. Then it would report exceptions that you can build a report or add notifications for alert.

Agreed. This would be the best way. I would also be weary of doing this, if you have a fleet of a significant size. You will almost certainty be getting an email every hour if you do. Instant&#x2F;frequent notifications should normally be reserved for critical or egregious behavior like possible collisions or speed &gt; Xmph. You don't want to overwhelm whomever has to keep up with the incoming emailed alerts.

MyAdmin | Difference in the last communication data

Hi! We are trying to replace the IOX-NFC readers with the FOB feature in the GO Focus Plus. We cannot get the Unidentified Driver rule to beep when the IOX is removed. Has anyone had luck setting up rules to beep at the driver if they do not FOB in via the GO Focus Plus camera?

Hello, In MyGeotab, users with basic authentication cannot view or manage users who are configured with the MyAdmin authentication type (reseller support). 1 Even if you have “Administrator” access level, this restriction remains in place, as MyAdmin accounts are typically reserved for resellers or global support accounts. I suggest verifying your registered user with someone who has higher-level access.

Hi Cristian, good morning In my experience, I've installed several firmware updates, and the only one that fixed the “GPS” issue is the BETA version. You could try this version, or maybe the stable version works on some devices. Best regards.

My question is more directed at how I can know which iox aux serial number connected for the first time. For example, I connect an iox today, but in 5 days I disconnect it and connect another one. I want to determine the serials that were connected.

How is the date that an iox was installed determined?

G-FORCE OF A GO

That could be why it's only displaying the odometer reading. Is the harness the correct one for the year model of the F450 &amp; could it possibly be classified as a 'heavy-duty' vehicle given the size (different harness)??? GO Anywhere Plus battery charge

The Geotab Data Connector officially supports the following tools: Microsoft Power BI, Microsoft Excel (via Get Data&#x2F;Power Query), and Tableau. Looker Studio is not on the officially supported list. That said, the connector uses an OData connection, so it may technically work with other tools that support OData — but those tools haven't been officially tested and wouldn't be eligible for support if you run into issues.
