IMAGE NOT AVAILABLE | GO FOCUS

Hi team,
I've noticed that in some databases the video events for GO Focus appear as “image not available.”

But when we click on the event, we can see the image.

Do you know why this might be happening?

Best regards.

This behavior usually occurs when the video event doesn't have sensor data (telemetry like speed or acceleration) associated with it at that moment.
In the event viewer, the data panel tries to display the telemetry synchronized with the video. If there are no linked data, you might see the message "image not available" or "no sensor items selected," even though the video clip was captured correctly and can be viewed when clicked.
To try to fix it, check the following:
1. Go to Groups & Rules > Rules, find your custom rule, and click the camera icon. Make sure the Media Type is set to "Video" or "Snapshot & Video."
2. When opening the event, look for the gear icon in the data panel and make sure there are channels selected (like Speed) to display.
