No — calibration on GO Focus cameras is for the ADAS sensors (accelerometer), not related to video upload connectivity. Re-calibrating won't resolve upload failures. Go Focus- High Volume of Failed uploads

I've created a custom rule and enabled the media settings. I have an email notification when the rule is broken and inserted the video event link in the template When i click on the event via the notification and it brings me to the exceptions page, when i click on the exception video option i get a black square that says video unavailable Does anyone know why this is and are there any troubleshooting steps?

A Go Focus sensor camera is showing the message a high volume of failed video upload message on the camera assets page. Anyone aware of troubleshooting? Will re-calibration work? is it only bc of cell coverage? will the videos eventually upload in better cellular area?

Has anyone had issues logging into the Geotab video app via a tablet? On an apple phone my driver can move between video app and the drive app dashboards. On an apple ipad pro if the driver tries to go back to the video app from the dashboards they get a message 'your session has expired and you will need to log in again&quot;. The settings on both devices appear to match, any suggestions on what could be the issue?
