When fleets manage repairs reactively, managers often have to export reports or check individual records to find out which vehicle needs the most attention. To make prioritizing the needs of your fleet easier, we introduced new grouped asset views for your maintenance tasks. You can now see all fault codes and maintenance work organized directly at the asset level.

What's new?

The Faults page now groups every fault code by vehicle in a single view that you can toggle on or off. This view automatically sorts your assets by their risk of breaking down. We also added this same nested row structure to the Work Order Management page. Your requests, orders, and jobs are now organized by asset, with total costs and most overdue statuses highlighted at the top level.

Why it matters

These new views give maintenance managers a complete picture of a vehicle's health before they decide to pull it from service. This prevents unnecessary downtime and helps you manage repair costs much more effectively. Because both views work alongside the existing list view, your teams can switch perspectives without disrupting their current workflows.

Availability

These new grouped maintenance views are already released and available to customers globally.
