There are users in my database with the authentication type "my admin user," but they do not appear when I search for them.
My user account uses basic authentication.

In MyGeotab, users with basic authentication cannot view or manage users who are configured with the MyAdmin authentication type (reseller support). 1 Even if you have “Administrator” access level, this restriction remains in place, as MyAdmin accounts are typically reserved for resellers or global support accounts.
I suggest verifying your registered user with someone who has higher-level access.
