Hi - reasonably new user here.
How do I create a Fleet Wide report showing current fuel levels?
I have done it in Ace but that only gives me 10 or so vehicles at a time - meaning I have to download 40 reports.
Is there a way I can get the Ace reports collated?
I have googled how to do the report using report section in Geo Tab but the info doesn't match what is available on my screens.

You can build this using an Engine Measurements report. The diagnostic you'll need is Fuel Level Percentage.

Everyone has provided great answers so far, but just in case you're operating out of an AI tool like Claude daily, you could connect the MCP connector that Geotab just fully released as well to pull this data into a dashboard created by your AI tool and automatically refresh the data whenever you load it.
