Hello Community,  Is there a way to have a report that strictly highlights the after hours use of fleet vehicles? It would be helpful to easily pull out the evenings and weekends/holidays segments rather than having to go look through a timeline for every asset.  Thanks,S.

Hello Community Members,  I am currently doing the research for the new fleet management system which we are trying to get for our branch and thought I asked in the community if there is anyone out there who uses the Fleet Management System who are partnered with Geo tab and makes the operations smoother than ever for managing the fleet?  We are basically the branch of the government but act as a rental company within the government for all the departments in the government. We have fleet of almost 700 vehicles and we want to make some changes with the current process of fleet management and we believe a new fleet management system is what we need. We do annual rentals, short term rentals, monthly rentals for the vehicles. Is there anyone out there who uses the fleet management system with works well for them?  Thanks! 

Fleet Management System Geotab Integration

Hello Community Members, I have run into a problem where we have new Ford vehicles in our fleet and it comes with in-built telematics device. We removed GO Device out of pre-equipped vehicles and sent consent to have the same data in Geotab platform via in-built device.  The majority of devices which are in-built the new 2020+ fords doesn't show the useful data and showing "missing log data". Does anyone out there had any similar experiences with their Ford vehicles or any other problems with the in-built devices? We usually zip-tie our GO devices in other makes and models to get the data even if the vehicle is riding on the bumpy road and to have the device not come off the port but with the in-built we were not expected something like missing log data.  Please let me know as we would like to know the cause and solve it as soon as we can.  Thank you

Hello Community,  I wanted to know if there is any way where I can get the exceptions report data by individual division (See the attached screenshot). We got options such as Assets and Rules, but an option for division would be nice here to get specific data.  For example: We have 13 different departments set as divisions in our system and each of them has number of vehicles combining all departments the fleet size of 700. We have our custom speeding rule set for all of them. I want the data on how many times, how many kms, how many vehicles and how many incidents counts were reported each month and may be we might be drilling it down to our needs which can be weekly, quarterly data. Is there a way where I can get this all data in one place which can help me make a monthly graph with all departments data.

We are in talks with Fleetio as well at the moment but we would like to have the finance option in the system.  For Enrich - this would be for the Fleet Vehicle Agency of Yukon Government. We are government entity who rents our vehicles to the employees within the government. Instead of going to the third-party rentals, government employees comes to us to rent out. We are like an in-house car rental branch for the Yukon Government.  Hope this helps!

I have looked at Fleetio but it does not know have everything which we want and like you said it will be a challenge to find something which has everything in one place. I was wondering and while doing my research I came across RIDECELL. What is your say on Ridecell? Any wisdom?

Hi <a href="/user/joy-bailer-1751" data-id="1751" data-value="JoyB-1751" data-denotation-char="@" class="text-decoration-none mention">@JoyB-1751</a>​ We have 40% fleet equipped with Geo tab and rest 60% will be done in the next few years looking at the challenges of the manufacturing and supply chain problems which delays the process a little bit. We want for both Geotabbed vehicles and non-geotabbed vehicles basically.  We are looking for something where our fleet coordinators can easily access the request for new vehicle and also assess it accordingly within the system. In short more of a reservation system but also maintenance part as well. A system which can do proper asset management, dispatching, finance billing and maintenance.
