Is there anywhere we can view the status of any Geotab system outages or slow downs? I've had issues with users logging into Geotab today and wanted to make sure it was not a server side event.

I don't think there's any configuration that can be done on the Geotab side to do this, but you can set up some formulas / if statements in Excel to do what you need it to do. It'll probably default to 100% if there's no seat belt exceptions (aka if there's no seatbelt data coming in). If you don't want the missing seatbelt data to impact the final score at all, you could put an if statement within the final score to ignore the seatbelt field if there is no data.

It's not going to be perfect all the time, but it gives a good idea of who's doing their inspections and isn't. ​<a href="/user/joy-b-1408" data-id="1408" data-value="JoyB-1408" data-denotation-char="@" class="text-decoration-none mention">@JoyB-1408</a>​ Correct, it's not going to work in that situation which is why these rules can be hard to set up correctly sometimes. Like I said to bbnk_461, it does give a good general overview of missing inspections. But if you wan't 100% accuracy all the time...that's not going to work - not even to a fault of Geotab. It's just hard to account for every single variable when attempting to determine the first start / last stop for a trip.

Pre-Trip / Post-Trip Inspection Missing Alerts

No problem. As for the pic, I don't remember where I got it from - I didn't serve but I fly planes which is why I have a C-130 as my pic. I got the flying bug from touring a local airlift wing that flew a bunch of Hercules :)

Set both missing pre-trip and missing post-trip to greater than the MAX amount of time the driver will be in possession of their vehicle for the day (and also note what Joy said about Previous Trip Time Greater Than). For example, my customer had drivers working in the field for sometimes 12 hours a day, and only using the vehicle to get to the location and then leave the location with no trips in between. Since it was sitting with the engine off for 8+ hours during their work day, we were getting false positives (the rule was set to the default 8 hrs). Therefore we set our rules to reflect that 99% of drivers used the vehicle for 12 hours or less, aka the rules were set to +12 hrs each.
