Hey @MSome-1820 I am sorry to hear you have been finding the support process unclear. I am happy to assist you with this though, so you have come to the right place. Were you able to get your resellers contact info from your database by going Getting Started & Help > Support... > Contact Information? This should get you a number to call and email for your reseller who you have support through. I did find an email address for your reseller but not a phone number ( I didnt know your database so I couldn't look there) : helpdesk@securatrak.com.au
There should be a phone number in the contact info part of your database if you prefer to give them a call.
I did find a ticket you had with our support team earlier today and they said basically what Joy said as well but if you have more questions about it please let me know
