I have users that are not getting the Verification emails. I've checked and double-checked everything. I've reached out to GeoTab and have not received an answer. The Chat Bot tells me to do everything I've already done and then disconnects me from Chat. The Helpdesk and support has taken a dive in recent months. I do not remember a time when I couldn't get a quick response and a satisfactory solution.
