Is there a report that shows trip history along with HOS status entries?  I need the GPS address, and I need to know if the driver was on duty or not

While driving my driver applied the adverse driving condition and it notated it on the drive status entry on his log.  However, at his 14 hours limit the system gave him a violation.  My questions are.  Does the exemption apply if the driver is in in a Driver status?If it doesn't apply why does the system allow them to apply during a drive status?

Is there a way to run a HOS Violation report that will show both active accounts and historical accounts information?  Basically a running total that will include everyone for a certain period of time.

If this report is set up as follows does it only send out emails when a violation occurs or each time the report refreshes?  I am trying to send notification when a driver goes into violation as it is happening.  Currently, Supervisors only receive notifications on violations that occurred on previous day.   Date Range:  TodayRefresh Period: Every Thirty Minutes

Thanks Joy, I this report gave me what I needed. After talking with the manager, they weren't as concerned about actual addresses.
