We've had trouble viewing the live video from the cameras, as when requesting the live video, the error message "Video Unavailable" appears.

Have you detected any problems with Mygeotab viewing live video from Go Focus?

Do you know of any way to calibrate Lytx cameras in bulk using a database?

Is there any Geotab documentation available on the installation of a harness to obtain engine data from a 2026 Mercedes Benz Sprinter unit?

I have a Go7 device that is sending very strange coordinates; in this case, it's sending its position in China. 069Pd00000xLhpeIAC.png

Why does a GO device send incorrect coordinates?

I have a Go with the following FW version that has not been updated.Does this version still work, or do I need to update to a Beta version?

GO Firmware Version 120.0.89

I have a 24Y1 harness installed, but it's detecting the ignition with only two wires. This is affecting the unit's ignition detection. Do you have any recommendations for a specific harness?

Which harness should I use with an FL360 2024 unit?

I have the Distracted Driver exception, which lasts a little over 5 seconds without the driver looking at the road, but the Surfsight camera exception wasn't triggered. What conditions must be met to trigger the exception when the driver is distracted? Any recommendations are appreciated.

How long must an incident last for an exception to be triggered in Surfsight?

Hello @EishiFUN I would like to have more information about the scope of Work Orders in our workspace. This would prevent us from managing services where the units already have some mechanical or electrical fault, and would allow us to confirm with evidence that they are in optimal condition. I would also like to know what can be used or improved in Work Orders through maintenance.

Using GeoTab Maintenance with an external work order system?

Hi @cristian.hernandez cristian.hernandez@metricamovil.com , I found this information about reports based on MyAdmin and reports based on MyGeoTab information or the database, as Johnson mentioned: Based on an AI query: These are the two golden rules for understanding the difference between the two platforms: the update frequency and the data source. To complement your analysis and for you to use as a reference in your technical reports, here's a summary of the reasons for these discrepancies: 1. The synchronization cycle (24 hours)MyAdmin isn't designed for live monitoring, but for asset management. When you change a service plan (for example, from Basic to ProPlus), the request must travel through several provisioning servers before the device "receives" the new instructions on what data to send. Tip: If you need a change to take effect faster, sometimes it helps to force a physical "Power Reset" on the unit so that, upon reconnecting, it requests its new parameters immediately. 2. Difference in "Sources of Truth"As you correctly mentioned, the sources are different: MyGeotab (Telemetry): This is a constant flow of data. If the device has a signal, the data arrives in seconds. It's the tool for Operations and Security. MyAdmin (Administration): This is a consolidated summary. It focuses on the "health" of the contract and the hardware. It's the tool for Billing and Warranties. 3. The "Heartbeat" FactorMyAdmin is usually updated with what we call the device's Heartbeat, which is an administrative data packet that the GO sends less frequently than location data. That's why you can see a unit moving on the map (MyGeotab), but in MyAdmin it still appears as "Unknown" until it sends its next administrative package. Your report is based on MyAdmin data. Would it be better to base it on MyGeotab data if real-time information is needed?

Is there an estimated time frame after which GPS data will no longer be reflected in MyAdmin?

Hello everyone, Thank you for your attention. Due to the communication protocol used by Mercedes-Benz, we cannot connect to the OBD2 port. Therefore, Mercedes-Benz vehicles typically connect to an FMS port. (Brand protocol: Mercedes-Benz uses proprietary CAN Bus protocols, which means a generic OBD2 scanner may not be able to "wake up" the ECU (Engine Control Unit). For this reason, I'm asking for any information on the correct way to connect to the FMS to obtain engine data. Regards

Hi @EishiFUN . I've tried the configuration option using the Lytx API, but I haven't found the right setting yet. I've noticed that Geotab allows for some bulk configuration of data, but not what I'm looking for. I'll keep investigating. Thanks for your help.

I have a unit that is currently not detecting engine data

Hello @Francisco Núñez Thank you for your response. In this case, several devices with the same issue were identified in the same area, all of which were active. A spoofing and interference attack was detected in the Sinaloa area.
