I am getting FuelTaxDetail objects via GetFeed, and then traversing through them to calculate all of the hourly data. All of the rows that I create from the calculation match up with what appears in the Geotab IFTA report add-in, but the add-in contains additional rows with vehicles that I do not have in my results.(the vehicles don't have existing FuelTaxDetail objects within the datetime range either)In my results I also have FuelTaxDetail objects that don't appear in the add-in. It could be that way because they have 0 distance, but some rows in the add-in's report do have 0 distance. Where is the Geotab add-in report getting all of it's data from?What sort of filters are being put on the data to prevent it from being included?

Hello, I am trying to upload an image via the UploadMediaFile method, I can successfully create a MediaFile object and call it in a get request. I am unsure how to actually upload the binary image data along with the MediaFile in python. You must re-fetch the entity using a followup request using the Get method with a valid search. Please note that this Set request is overriding all groups on this device, leaving the group with id: b27B8 assigned as the only group to this device. If you are simply intending to add a group, you should first Get the device, and set the entity in the Set to this device, and add your group to the existing array of group objects. Let me know if you need help with this.

Thanks for the reply. However, rate limits don't appear to be the issue we're facing, we're not encountering any OverLimitExceptions, and we're already following best practices for rate limiting. We have a backend processor that issues concurrent requests while respecting those limits (many workers issuing requests at the same time instead of waiting for one after the other, each worker will wait and handle any rate limit issues on their own). Despite this, we were receiving generic server errors. After reducing the number of concurrent connections to Geotab from 50 to 15, the system started running smoothly again. Given this, we're reaching out to ask if there's a recommended maximum number of concurrent connections (or semaphore value) you advise for this type of usage, based on your best practices for this particular scenario.

When I run the same code on my database, I see the driver name update and appear in the corresponding column on the Assets page.The "Your Assets" page reflects the driver currently associated with the asset, assuming no filters are enabled. However, the driver change you submitted and reviewed is from 05-14. Could you run one more GET request using the earliest date (05/13 00:00:00) as the fromDate? This should return an array of all driver changes since that time and help us determine if any additional changes have occurred.Also, are there any data access restrictions on your user account, such as group permissions, that might be limiting which users and drivers you're able to see? One more thing to try: you could re-submit the Add DriverChange request using the current time as the dateTime property to see if the driver updates correctly in the UI. It's possible the driver may have been unassigned.
