Hello, I wanted to see if anyone had any thoughts/ideas. I have a Utilization report that is built off of a Trips Summary report, showing miles, number of trips, beginning and ending odo, and days used. I am trying to find a way to show all vehicles on the report, not just ones that had a trip or were utilized. I know any trips report will only show vehicles that had a least one trip, but does anyone know a way to include all the vehicles, besides manually adding them? Thanks in advance. Matt

 We have a customer that pulled an engine fault report that shows vehicles that have a warning light on but they do not. The codes that are for Low priority warning light on, 175 and General vehicle warning light is on, 168. They are recent so not just cleared and still showing on the report previously. Since these aren't P codes and coming from the device, how are they generated/populated? Is there a document that references any additional info? Is there anything besides The Advanced Diagnostic List? Thanks!

We have a customer that would like different feedback for each rule broken (i.e. Beep three time for speeding, twice for harsh braking etc.).

Are there any additional or custom options for driver feedback besides the three standard options in MyGeotab (beep three times, beep three times rapidly, and beep ten times rapidly)?

I appreciate the help here, and this report would probably work, however, I need to include the ending odo values. I don't think there is an Odo data header for the Risk Management report similar to TripSummaryOdometeratEnd (this was an enhancement request I waited a year for) on the Trips Summary, but I could be wrong. I could try to add the Odo as an exception but don't really want to do that and am not sure it will work as intended and not easy/ideal as <a href="/user/aaron-fountaine-1263" data-id="1263" data-value="aeroplex-1263" data-denotation-char="@" class="text-decoration-none mention">@aeroplex-1263</a>​ indicated. The other issue with using this report for my purposes is that the utilization data is in the pivot table and not in the report tab, as preferred. There is a data header for "days used" in the Trip Summary vs calculating it all in the report tab for Risk Management, again much easier. Not huge things I know, but the devil is in the details sometimes with large fleets, and it does make a difference, especially across fleets of 5,000 -10,000+ as you well know. I welcome any other ideas/thoughts, and if not, no worries I might be entering another Feature request! Thanks!Matt

I appreciate the intro and may take you up on that some time. This would not be for public works but for a customer to share with someone who rents an asset. how to delete exception rules from the trip history in MyGeotab

Hi @INACTIVE - Francisco Núñez​  I think what you are referencing can be done by selecting "Not Visible" on the name tab of the exception rule edit screen. This will hide the rule from the map and trip history, but will still show when pulling an exception report. <img src="/forum/plugins/gcs-uploads/files/0692J00000BdRB4QAN.png" alt="Capture3" /> Hope this helps. Thanks,Matt

It is indeed a custom Geotab report, not a stock or built-in report. I am not sure where it is housed, and if on a public document however, you can reach out to your Geotab Partner Account Manager or Geotab support for it and others you may need to see if they have something already built. Also, the <a href="https://marketplace.geotab.com/" target="_blank">https://marketplace.geotab.com/</a> is a good place as they have a handful of good custom reports.

My understanding is that is can mean a number of different things depending on the vehicle and manufacturer. In some cases it will still throw this code even if a dash light or MIL isn't on.
