My question is: if that happens (if the camera associates an event with a known driver), should I expect to see driver assignments in other sections of MyGeotab? (outside camera events). Hello. From this article, we can see the steps to follow in order to view assets by color (assigned to groups) in live map. The steps provided are:To view vehicles by their group color:Navigate to the Map page in MyGeotab.Click Map options.Select Highlight assets.Click on the desired group. However, I cannot find Map options &gt; Highlight assets in the current version of MyGeotab. Is this still possible to highlight assets by color?

Can GO Focus plus detect DMS events if the driver is wearing sunglasses?

Conteiners are typically large trailers, and it's tricky to get access to a power source (when it's not attached to a truck), and the mounting can be a challenge.  The image below illustrates how containers are commonly stacked on top of each other, which can cause damage to a device placed on the outside of the container. Furthermore, placing a GPS device inside the container can have difficulty recording position data because it is enclosed in a "metal cage."

What asset trackers do you recommend for containers?

The MyGeotab product guide states: A trip is defined as the vehicle's activity from the time it begins moving to the time it finishes a stop. A stop is recorded when the vehicle ignition is turned off, or when the vehicle has a speed of less than 1 km/h for more than 200 seconds. Short stops lasting less than 200 seconds are not counted as stops if the ignition is not turned off (such as stopping for red lights). A trip starts the first time a vehicle moves because vehicles may, at any time, be started and remain stationary for a period of time. Does Data Connector take the same condition? idling =  ignition ON and stopped (&lt; 1km/h) for more than 200seconds

Hello. We have a customer using Blackberry radar devices. It seems like data from these devices is not fully integrated to MyGeotab, since it's displayed in BB platform. Has someone been able to integrate data from Blackberry radar devices to MyG? (Maybe using DIG)

Hi! That object bring the Devices' Last GPS Record Timestamp. So, it will bring the date when the latest gps was logged, but not the gps data itself (lat, long). Essentially, it's the same than what we can see at MyAdmin UI. If you are looking for getting the log records (GPS points), you should use MyGeotab SDK. DeviceStatusInfo can be a good object to query.

I'm aware that some technologies such as SpartanLync (Valor TPMS) and Bridgestone allow the installer to configure how many axles are in the vehicle, and which location belongs to each sensor. A quick way to find out what's the diagnostic available in a particular case is going to MyGeotab UI, then run an engine measurements report. And on the Data tab in the excel file downloaded, you can check in the column B the diagnosticID, which can be used to get data from API. I hope this helps
