Hi Cris.
Without logging into the account (no login or activity of any kind), the time it takes for Geotab to delete or mark the database as inactive is determined by the following automatic system rules:
Inactivity Deletion Criteria
1. 3 months or more without activity/new data: If the database is 3 months or older, no one has logged in, and there are no GO devices actively sending data.
2 years of inactivity in GPS/Status data: If the last GPS coordinate or status record received by the database is more than 2 years old, the system considers the database completely abandoned and proceeds to permanently delete it.
3. 60 days without devices (Test or empty databases): For databases in which all associated devices have been deactivated or returned, the system closes and deletes the database approximately 60 days after the service is canceled.
