Thank you for asking your question in our community. I assume you are referring to Geotab ACE. If that is the case you will need either Admin clearance or there is a list of each clearance you need in your custom clearance in order to use it: Geotab Ace V2 User Guide page 11.

To enable and use Geotab Ace, the user account must either have the Admin role, or if they do not have the Admin role, their assigned role must have ALL of the following permissions enabled (for example, if you want to create a new role for users to use Ace without granting them Administrator-level access):

• View Vehicle's Collision risk
• View driver identification features
• View engine types
• View EV Performance Data

• View event rules
• View fault data

• View status data
