SAML integration with AzureAD - Error when sent back to the GeoTab API

When one of our drivers try to log in too many times it locks them out. I'm aware that we can unlocking them is a easy fix. My question is if they waiting 5 min or 10 min will it allow them to try again or do you have to wait for an admin person to unlock them?
