We ran some test so created defect list for asset inspections. I understand that after a defect list is used on inspections, it cannot be deleted: How much time do we have to wait for deleting defect list used on inspections? How could be defect list deleted without waiting for that time? Is it possible by MyAdmin ticket? Thanks!

How can we delete a Defect list from MyGeotab if a defect was used in inspections?

What function allow me to get fuel level data on a vehicle?Do you have an example?

How can I get fuel level using MyGeotab SDK?

¡Hello! A car rental customer migrated some devices to a database of another customer, so, they want to have the historical data registered during this rent in their database. Is there a way to migrate historical data from a Database to another?

Thanks a lot @EishiFUN!

Nice! So, last questions to understand MyGeotab purge I see 3 Months is minimum time for keeping Asset Inspection data;

Does that mean that only logs older than retain period will be purged?

i.e: If last asset inspection was created yesterday, defect list could be deleted after 3 months?

Defect list we need to delete just has 1 Inspection log and this message show up when try to remove it: Checking inspection log listed, it is marked as repaird/safe and asigned to empty groupam I skipping something, @EishiFUN?

Remember GO is Plug&Play so you just have to unplug it Do the process in reverse:https://www.geotab.com/blog/install-vehicle-tracking-device/

How do I remove the Geotab GPS GO Device from my new truck?

What do you mean? Is this an integration with MyGeotab?

GeoTab is synching with Rapid for volume pumped but not for mileage?

You need to create Work Hours and publish the rule to a group then use 2 conditions

Inside Zone

AfterRuleWorkHours

Using AND to get the condition. The rule will register an exception when a vehicle is inside AND after the work hour selected

Adding a new zone rule using the MyGeotab SDK?

An easy way is to create other gruop from a different parent, I imagine you just want to apply the rule to some kind of model so create a group named "Vehicles" and under this group create models Publish rule to one model group and asign this group to the 28 desired vehicles. This way the group you doesn't want to modify is not going to be changed

Is there a way to build a rule and exclude certain vehicles in that group without separating the groups in MyGeotab?

Hi! I just created a GIF to you to support what Genevieve said! Hope it was useful for you
