Hello.

While some documentation states that it is possible to detect fatigue:

  • AI-powered detection: The system accurately identifies high-risk behaviors like phone usage, driver fatigue, and following too closely, minimizing false positives.


But looking at video events > rules, I cannot find a rule that explicitly monitors fatigue:

Deep researching, I found some notes that tell that fatigue can be alerted by detecting yawning and eyes rubbing events.

Is this possible to confirm if we actually can support driver fatigue events with GO Focus Plus?

@CesarOrtiz-1781 Here is a doc that gives a full list of computer vision features for each Go focus camera. Some of these features are being working on but if you dont see some events being captured in Video events that are listed here please make a ticket so we can investigate it.

Hi Cesar,

According to the information available, the GO Focus Plus supports driver fatigue detection. The system uses advanced artificial intelligence and driver monitoring systems (DMS) to identify high-risk behaviors, such as fatigue and cell phone use.

VIDEO EVENTS ARE RECORDED AS CONTINUOUS YAWNING AND YAWS FROM WHAT I'VE OBSERVED

@unknown user Thanks. That's indeed part of the text I was referencing to in my post.

However, I'd like to have a full confirmation about how specifically we can support driver fatigue, if it's only through yawning and eyes rubbing or if there's (or there will be) another way
