Yes, a user with MyAdmin (global user) credentials can log into the Geotab Drive app. The only thing that's required for this is that the user have "Yes" selected under the Driver tab where it asks if This user is a driver.

P.S. Any pre-built user clearance that is at least at or above the Drive app user clearance can use the Geotab Drive app as long as their driver tab indicates that they are a driver. So, and Admin or Supervisor could use this as well.
Unless there is a way I am unaware of, you can only choose 1 Security clearance, so you would need to make them another account with ay an employee ID (as the user/email) and select DRIVE APP USER and give them a password to access the user app.

Your are correct, I am the Administrator for our account and also a driver, so I can work here in the office and also go out and use the HOS drive app for moving or taking trucks on test drives and to the different maintenance shop for service. I just log into the HOS app in the truck and go.
