Custom security identifiers for add-ins is on the roadmap. The team is working on some final details, and we are anticipating to have it ready for public consumption by the beginning of 2022! Thanks for posting in the Community! Unfortunately, it is currently not possible to create a custom pop-up using the Map Add-Ins APIs. There are a few functionalities, however, that are available for use that may fit the bill for what you are looking for, whether used individually or in unison:<ol><li>ActionList Service can be leveraged for showing a custom action list instead of the existing one in MyGeotab, or adding a custom button(s) to existing action lists.</li><li>Events Service methods (i.e. 'attach' a handler on a click event on the map) and display/populate a desired UI within the right-hand panel designated for Map Add-Ins.</li><li>Tooltip Service to display additional information in the tooltip (information box) on the map.</li></ol> More information and examples of the services mentioned above can be found on our <a href="https://geotab.github.io/sdk/software/guides/map-add-ins-docs/" target="_blank">Map Add-Ins documentation</a> page. Hope this is helpful!

Keep in mind that there may be diagnostics (not all) that are converted from the unit of measure on the back-end (as identified via the Get&lt;Diagnostic&gt; call) to the unit of measure based on your user UI settings. Any raw data pulled using the SDK will be in the unit of measure specified in the back-end.

What units are the odometer readings in when using the MyGeotab Python package?

We recommend using the Get&lt;Diagnostic&gt; call to verify the specific 'unitOfMeasure' for a diagnostic (i.e. meters, kilometers, liters, etc.).

At this time the tooltip functionality for map add-ins is not supported on our mobile (Android &amp; iOS) apps. We are looking into adding this support, but we do not yet have an ETA. As you stated, the tooltip does work/is supported when viewing via a browser on mobile or desktop, however. Regards,Joseph
