When an entity like Device is linked to other entities like LogRecord, we only indicate the id of the linked entity.  The Device entity has all the information related to devices. So, you can make a Get &lt;Device&gt; API call to retrieve information about the devices and create a cache of device ids and corresponding device names. Using the deviceId from the LogRecord results, you can refer to the cache dictionary to get the device name. I believe it is due to the fact that the last record odometer adjustment could change based on new updated information from vehicle ECU. Doing this will assign the driver to the specific trip and the datetime used will be that of the trip's start time. Similarly, when you need to assign a driver to a trip that happened 3 days ago, you can use the start time of the trip when making the API call as the dateTime. I hope this helps. Regards,Ajay

The DVIRLog indeed gives you the alphanumeric string for Trailer.IdSo, as of now, Get Trailer with TrailerSearch set to the id from the DVIRLog will allow you to retrieve the trailer even though there is a warning that 'Trailer' entity is obsolete.However, stay tuned as we will be soon making modification to the DVIRLog so that it returns the hex id like 'b3' for example.After this, you will be able to make the Get Device call with the hex id.  Regards,Ajay SrinivasanIntegrations Engineering LeadGeotab

Hi <a href="/user/dataingest-etas-1975" data-id="1975" data-value="DETAS-1975" data-denotation-char="@" class="text-decoration-none mention">@DETAS-1975</a>​ , The getfeed method is intended for pulling data in a continuous stream from the database as soon as it is available.For getfeed StatusData the ability to filter for a list of devices is not available. You will be able to do the same if you are using the Get method instead of GetFeed.You can add the intended vehicles in a group and call Get StatusData while specifying a groupSearch to match the groupId you created.This should return all the StatusData for those vehicles. Additionally, instead of pulling all the StatusData, you can pull only the diagnostics you need by using diagnosticSearch set to the specific diagnosticId (note that only one diagnosticId can be searched per call.
