FORD Integration / Setting Up -significant delays in the process completion

Can anyone else comment on your experiences with the new FORD Telematics integration? We've had 2 customers take this on & one took over a week for the devices to begin coming through, showing up on the DB. A second customer has been almost a full week also. Maybe this is the growing pains of a new service but its not winning us any friends like this. The Geotab rep on this -she's been very helpful but the rest is lacking----

Great question but wish you weren't experiencing these delays, and wish I had more to add. Obviously you're looking for some input from other resellers, but please let me know if you need me to reach out to your PAM or rep and let them know how you are feeling? I'll leave this question unmarked in hopes others will jump in to share either way.
