Ive been trying to charge a few of my go anywhere devices when I plug them in I get a red led that hasn't gone away after 3 days. Any suggestions?

<p>Why did they come with chargers? Why did battery percentage go from a very low percentage to 100% after plugging them into the charger? I've recharged them multiple time with out issue.</p>
