Getting started in Geotab Vitality

Getting started in Geotab Vitality! Let's begin. Welcome to Geotab Vitality! In this tutorial, we'll walk you through how to log in and find your way around the app. To begin, select your country, if needed. Tap Login with. First up, the Geotab Vitality app will ask whether you'd like to sign in with your email address or your cell number. Please select the option that you were enrolled with. If you're not sure which, don't worry. Tap Email address. Enter the email address your fleet administrator used to enroll you. Tap Next to receive a one-time password, or OTP, sent to that email address. Any second now, a code will land in your inbox. Please check your spam or junk folder if the code doesn't arrive within a minute or two. Delivery can take 2 to 3 minutes depending on your email provider. Additionally, make sure you're using the exact email address your fleet enrolled you with. Enter the OTP code in the app, tap Verify, and you're all set with no passwords to remember. Geotab Vitality keeps it simple and secure with a fresh code every time you sign in. Now that you're in, let's take a quick tour of where everything lives. The Dashboard tab is the first thing you'll want to check. It shows your personal goal, your driving progress for the week, and how close you are to hitting your goal. Think of it as your own weekly scorecard, keeping everything you need to know in one place. The trips tab is where you can look back at every recent drive and see how it was scored. It's a great way to understand what's helping your score and where there might be room to improve. The Points tab gives you a full breakdown day by day. Every day you drive, your points are added here, so you can track your progress and see how close you are to earning your reward for the week. Tap the Rewards tab when you are ready to spend your currency. Here, you can browse and spend your currency on the rewards that matter to you. In the More menu, you can tweak your notification preferences and use the bug reporting tool. If you run into any issues in the app, you can report them directly to us without leaving the app. That's it — you're all set.
