The new trip history page shows trip history grouped by driver rather than chronological order. This is very confusing and misleading when trying to figure out each segment of the trip. Can Geotab add an option to allow the customer to view the trip in chronological order

I agree, there was nothing wrong with the old trips history page. If a vehicle has a trip with a driver and then unknown driver it groups them as 2 separate trip cards out of chronological order. Also when I use trips history before it would bring up the last trip the vehicle took, now it only shows you the trips in the date range.

Also agree. The new trips history is very counterintuitive. At least we still have the ability to go back to the old one, but who knows when they'll remove that option.
Did you try to order by "Date"?
You have to change the option in "View by: Driver" to "View by: Date"

@Andrew I've already sent feedback on trips history, the way it is i really hope they don't disable the old trips history format. This new format does not work well. Sure its got some new features but it silos information into different blocks and you cant see all the details holistically.

Hello all, thank you for the vibrant discussion - it helps us understand the issues related to the updated Trips History so we can improve upon it. We are currently resolving the issue where no previous trips appear when searching for a single vehicle.
Would it be helpful to see the last known location and trip for all assets or vehicles selected for a specific day? If so, how often do you perform this task, and what is the primary use case?

@ShaytaRS-1315 What's useful is if I have a list of vehicles selected and i have the date range for today it shows me the last trip that was made for all selected vehicles. What this helps with is if i want to know when was the last time a vehicle was driven for the selected vehicles, if one vehicle was last driven 3 months ago i don't want to select a last 3 month date range in order to find that information out.
