We’ve made some updates to the Clean Truck Check (CTC) solution in MyGeotab! These changes are the result of feedback from customers like you and are designed to improve simplicity and reduce frustration.

To make access management easier for fleets using the CTC solution, we’ve added new clearances and improved the existing Clean Truck Check Admin clearance. These changes will resolve access problems for our users.

The two new clearances are:

• Viewer — view-only access to the Clean Truck Check solution
• Editor — view access to the Clean Truck Check solution with limited editor abilities

The Admin clearance has been updated to provide users with the permissions they need to manage the Clean Truck Check solution with a single clearance.

We’re also adding audit logging for important CTC events, such as when a device is enrolled or enrollment is cancelled, including logging who made the changes. You can find these logs under System > Audit Log.
