Reprocess the data: Since the zone was created in October, the system needs to reanalyze past trips to identify the visits. Go to Rules and Groups &gt; Rules and use the data reprocessing option, selecting the desired period. 2. Generate the report: Once the reprocessing is finished, go to Productivity &gt; Zone Visits &gt; Zone Visit Details. 3. Filter by date: Select the date range from June 1 to September 30 and choose the specific zone to see the visit count.

Hi there, I want to obtain the number of visits into a specific zone for a period from the 1st of June to end-September. I created the zone early October and I can see it through the Trip History tool: <img class="ql-image" src="/forum/plugins/gcs-uploads/files/1792594383301-screenshot-2026-10-21-164803.png"/> When I want to get total visits into the Zone Visits tool, there's no results: <img class="ql-image" src="/forum/plugins/gcs-uploads/files/1792594545207-image.png"/> I can't understand if it's related to the way I created the zone: does it something I can edit to have results visible?
