Tracking non-powered assets across large yards or multiple sites can consume valuable time and resources. Dispatchers often face a manual "search and rescue" mission to locate trailers or equipment, leading to workflow delays and frustration. To help you manage non-powered assets at scale, we are launching the Next Gen GO Anywhere device.

What's new?

The Next Gen GO Anywhere is designed for high-volume fleets that need reliable visibility into their non-powered assets. This device provides automated hourly reporting to keep you informed of your asset locations without requiring manual checks. It features a zero-touch deployment model with instant installation and a configuration-free setup.

Why it matters

This new tracker helps you eliminate manual yard checks so your dispatchers and technicians can stop hunting for assets on the lot or at the job site and start optimizing utilization. The "deploy once" design and impressive 10-year battery life eliminate the need for battery swaps and ongoing maintenance. This drastically reduces your operational burden and delivers the lowest total cost of ownership for asset tracking.

Availability

The Next Gen GO Anywhere will be available for customers in the US and Canada in early July 2026, with other regions to follow.

As a reminder, the GO Anywhere Plus for powered assets is already available for US and Canadian customers. Together with Geotab Small Asset Tracking, you have access to a comprehensive asset tracking suite to fit all your operational needs.
