We be introduced a new Email HOS logs feature within the Geotab Drive app. Drivers can navigate to More > Email HOS logs, input their email address and desired date range, and immediately receive a PDF logbook directly to their inbox. This feature is designed to be intuitive, allowing drivers to get the documentation they need without interrupting their workflow.
Why it matters
- Drivers: This update empowers drivers with self-service access to their data, eliminating the need to wait for administrative assistance.
- Fleet managers: Removes the manual task of generating and emailing reports, allowing them to focus on other critical fleet operations.
Availability
This feature will roll out to all Geotab Drive users starting February 2026.
