Completing work orders

Completing work orders! Let's get started. Navigate to the Work Order Management page in MyGeotab by either selecting Maintenance, then Work Order Management, or searching for Work Order Management in the menu. Open the Orders tab to find the work order you want to complete. Use filters to narrow the list and locate the related work order, if needed. Select the Order reference to review the work order's details and associated jobs. Confirm that all associated jobs are finished before completing the work order. Use the Currency that matches your project or region so the recorded costs remain accurate. Check each job and its costs, then finalize any Notes and Attachments before completing the work order. Assigned to, Repair site, Reason for repair, and Repair class are optional fields and can be updated when relevant. Enter the date the work order was completed after confirming all associated jobs are finished. When you change Status to Completed or Cancelled, Date completed and all your assigned jobs update to today's date. Today's Odometer reading and Engine hours reading are also recorded on the work order. Alternatively, select Complete in the top right to mark the work order as Completed and record the Date completed, Odometer reading, and Engine hours reading. Select Yes to confirm only after reviewing all jobs, costs, notes and attachments. Select Save in the top right to finalize completion of the work order. Congratulations!
