Bulk editing multiple zones! Let's get started. Click Productivity to bulk edit zone settings like groups, map visibility, and type. Click Zones. Select Zones. You can use the Search, Groups, and Filter options to narrow down the zones in the list. Click the Select none dropdown. Select visible selects all zones currently displayed on your screen, then allows you to deselect zones as needed by clicking the checkboxes next to their names. Select individual allows you to select zones one at a time by clicking the checkboxes. Select all selects every zone on this page, but does not allow you to deselect them. Select none clears any previously selected zones. Use the checkboxes to select which zones to edit. Click Edit selected zones when ready. With Publish to groups, you can Add Groups or Replace Groups for the selected zones. Select which groups to add. For this example, we'll add the Ontario group. With Visible on map, select whether or not the zones will be displayed on the map for the published groups. With Types, select if you want to keep the current zone types or replace with new ones. Click the text field and select zone types from the dropdown. With Indicate stops within zone, select if you want to display assets stopped inside this zone with a different icon on the map than assets stopped outside of a zone. With Color, select if you wan tto keep the current settings or replace with a new color and transparency level. This is useful if you want to assign colors to specific zone types or group assignments. On the map, color helps provide high level visibility into the zone types that your drivers are in. Fleet managers commonly assign an easily recognizable color to restricted zones—such as a driver's home or other disallowed travel areas—then monitor stops in these zones, either in real time on the map or with the zones report. With End date, select when you want the zone to stop recording interactions with assets. After this date, rules tied to the zone will not be triggered Click Save when finished making changes.
