Geotab Navigation! Let's get started. Tap Navigation. Tap the gear icon to configure your vehicle type. This only needs to be done at the start of your workday; the settings will apply to all Navigation selections for the duration of the workday session. A menu appears for selecting the type of vehicle to set up. Let's start by selecting Truck Safe. Navigation Settings for Truck Safe appear. Note that truck settings must always be configured. This information is not set by default based on your chosen vehicle in the Drive app. Enable Hazmat Safe Route if you are transporting hazardous material. Toggle on Avoid Tolls to skip toll routes. Indicate Truck Settings in the fields provided. Remember, this information is not set by default based on your chosen vehicle in the Drive app. Select kilometers or miles. Tap Save. Remember, this only needs to be done at the start of your workday; the settings will apply to all Navigation selections for the duration of the workday session.
