The Cameras tab relies on both camera-to-vehicle mapping and the user's asset visibility. The View live video and View recorded video permissions alone may not be enough. Please also confirm that the custom clearance includes View assets and View exceptions, then sign out and back in after saving the changes. It is also worth confirming that each GO Focus Plus camera is correctly paired and assigned to its vehicle.
