We replaced a device in an asset and it does not let me put the new serial # in.

how do I update an OEM on an asset?

a Go receiver/sender was switched out in an asset. how do I change the serial # in the records.

from my understanding, the old device was pulled out but it is still reading it (as not communicating) as assigned to the asset. the new device was put in and is reading from the same asset, but it is not assigned to the asset, so it comes up as 'no name'. When I look on the map both devices are pointing to the same asset.

Thank you.I did that and it gives me them message below:[cid:925bb597-e359-4e8c-9fed-75450586b5c8] Keith LeathermanTransportation Manager
