My company currently has two active Geotab databases through two different resellers. I have an active admin account on one and they are trying to give me access to the second. However, when I try to register my address on the new one it is attempting to change my password on the other database, even when the new database is chosen. Is it possible to have a login on each database with the same email address?

Yes, it is possible to access two different databases with the same user account. Under certain conditions, both users could share the same password, but this shouldn't affect access to either database. When you log in, myGeotab will likely ask which database you want to access.

Have you tried logging into the other database in a different or incognito browser? My guess is that this is a caching issue and you *may* be able to get around it with a different browser.
