Hi @JoyB-1751​ We have 40% fleet equipped with Geo tab and rest 60% will be done in the next few years looking at the challenges of the manufacturing and supply chain problems which delays the process a little bit. We want for both Geotabbed vehicles and non-geotabbed vehicles basically.

We are looking for something where our fleet coordinators can easily access the request for new vehicle and also assess it accordingly within the system. In short more of a reservation system but also maintenance part as well. A system which can do proper asset management, dispatching, finance billing and maintenance. Thanks for the extra info here, Sumit. I am not sure that you'll find all of that in a single place, but you may find it useful that MyGeotab allows you to input untracked assets, which you could put in there to include your maintenance management, etc., while you're waiting to move units over.

My personal recommendation for maintenance management is Fleetio, since they have a very good integration with MyGeotab and can often save the cost of their software with the savings they offer if you group your asset management with maintenance and billing through their extensive provider network.

Beyond that for car rental, etc., someone else is going to have to chime in here. @EishiFUN​ should be able to find someone at Geotab who can make a recommendation for you.

I have looked at Fleetio but it does not know have everything which we want and like you said it will be a challenge to find something which has everything in one place. I was wondering and while doing my research I came across RIDECELL. What is your say on Ridecell? Any wisdom?

I've heard of RIDECELL but not yet worked with them myself. Craig or Eishi should be able to connect you with someone who would know more about that one, 'though. :)

Hi @Melissa-1803​ thank you so much for reaching to partners for us. We are in talks with Fleetio as well at the moment but we would like to have the finance option in the system.

For Enrich - this would be for the Fleet Vehicle Agency of Yukon Government. We are government entity who rents our vehicles to the employees within the government. Instead of going to the third-party rentals, government employees comes to us to rent out. We are like an in-house car rental branch for the Yukon Government.
