Route reports

Route reports help track productivity by finding new ways to plan and improve routes.

These reports review fleet performance by comparing your driving data against your planned routes. This helps spot wasted time and distance. The reports also flag any driving done outside planned routes.

Route summaries use driving data to find assets driving on or near your routes. This helps you see if multiple assets use the same paths or if routes can be updated for optimization.

Planned vs. Actual Route report

The Planned vs Actual Route report helps you compare your planned routes against your fleet’s real-world activity.

This report makes it easy to see the deviation between the routes you've planned and trips taken by your drivers. This helps identify potential areas for improvement within your fleet.

The report outlines:
  • Any planned stops missed by drivers

  • The time difference if a driver was early or late to a planned stop

  • Unplanned stops

This lets you monitor issues such as inefficient routes and driver deviation from routes. It also gives you insights into unforeseen events, such as late or missed stops due to traffic or delivery issues.

You can access the Planned vs Actual Route report by navigating to Productivity > Basic Routing > Planned vs. Actual Route report.
