Emailed reports
Emailed reports let you send specific reports to users on a set schedule.
You can set up reports in your database to be sent out via email to a list of recipients on a regular basis.
Emailed reports can be sent as PDF or Excel files. You can specify the interval at which they will be sent, and add recipients by group or individually. When adding recipients to a report, MyGeotab will automatically tally the number of recipients for the report, allowing you to prevent errors by inadvertently adding groups.

- Click the Account icon in the top menu and select Audit Log.
- Under Filters:
- Select the date and time range that corresponds to when the emailed report should have been sent.
- Select Email sent as the Audit Type.
- Select All under Users.
- Click Apply.
