Maintenance jobs

Service work accomplished – Another VMRS code that you can enter manually.
Job status – The status of the specific task of this job. It can be either Open, Scheduled, In progress, On hold, Completed, or Canceled. To close a work order, the final status per job must be either Completed, or Canceled, indicating that the job was done or not done.
Job started / Job completed – These help capture the amount of time the job took for later data analysis, and comparison to labor hour costs.
Priority – How critical the repair is. Options are Low, Medium, High, and Critical (highest priority).
