Auxiliary rules
Auxiliary rules help you manage sensors and other external input devices connected to your GO device.
These rules work with dedicated auxiliary groups to apply them to the correct vehicles in your fleet. Users must have access to a specific auxiliary group to work with it.
If you give a user access to an auxiliary group that is outside their usual data scope, they might see assets they shouldn't be able to see. To avoid this, you can grant access to an auxiliary group only within their reporting scope. You can do this using the Additionally allow reporting by these groups label on the User Edit page. This lets them view related events on the map and create reports using that event data.
