Configuring escalation levels

Configure escalation levels to define graduated in-cab alerts for a Smart Rule.

1. Navigate to Video > Settings in the main menu.
2. Select the Smart Rules tab.
3. Select the rule you want to configure escalation levels for.
4. Click Add level.
5. Set the intensity range, chime, voice alert text, snapshot toggle, cooldown, and buffer settings for this level.
6. Repeat for each additional level.
   Intensity ranges cannot overlap within the same rule.
7. Click Save.
