Viewing messages

How to view messages in Geotab Drive.

You'll be shown a notification on your device when you receive a message.
  1. Tap Messages, either from the bottom bar that's shown on most screens, or from the tile on the main dashboard:
  2. You'll see a list of any messages you've received. Tap any message to see the whole conversation.
    Note: Dispatchers can send messages to either a vehicle or a user. On the Messages page, you'll be shown any messages sent to your paired vehicle (which can be viewed by anyone else that pairs with that vehicle) and any messages sent directly to you.
