Viewing video recordings

Viewing video recordings. Let's get started. Click Video Recordings. You can also access recordings from the assets page, trips history, and exceptions reports. Each recording shows the event type, driver name, asset name, date, and time stamp of the recording. Click filters. You can filter your recordings by groups, assets, drivers, rules and date range as well as failed recordings, custom recordings and dismissed exception recordings. Click a video recording. Download the recording or access the expanded or full screen view here. Under the event details, you can review the exception rule, the location, the distance and other important details. You can upload related documents and leave comments about the recorded incident. Click the three dots menu for additional actions you can take. You can view the exceptions report for this incident, edit the exception rule, view the full trip related to this recording, or copy the recording URL. Congratulations!
