Messaging in the Drive App

Messaging in the Drive App! Let's get started. Tap the Messages tile on the Dashboard to view your messages. Messages can be sent to the vehicle or the driver. Messeges sent to a vehicle can be viewed by any driver of that vehicle. Messeges sent to a driver are only viewable by that user privately. Tap a message to view and respond to it. Enter your response in the message bar at the bottom of the screen. Tap Send when finished. You can see when the fleet admin has read your message. Tap the back arrow icon in the top left of the screen when finished responding to messages. You can also access Messages from the bottom toolbar. Some messages will come with canned responses for you to easily send a quick reply. Tap 'Yes' to send that reply. Your selected reply appears as a sent message and underneath the original message. You can tap the back arrow icon in the top left of the screen when finished replying to messages. At any point, you can also tap Messages to compose a new message instead of just replying to incoming messages. Tap send a message near the bottom of the screen. Enter your message in the bar at the bottom. Tap send when ready. Tap the back arrow icon in the top left of the screen when finished with messaging. Congratulations!
