Pulling a Watchdog Report

Pulling a Watchdog Report! Let's get started. By default, you can find the Watchdog Report on your Dashboard. The Watchdog Report provides a quick health summary overview of all the devices in your fleet. A live device in a healthy state should be communicating with MyGeotab at least once every 24 hours. Use the Watchdog Report to identify and follow up on devices that have stopped communicating. Click the More dropdown to pull the full report. Select "go to full report" to view this report online. Select Download for an Excel file of this report. Select "edit report" to adjust the settings for this report. You can also click Reports to adjust the report settings. Click Report Setup. Select Report Views. Search for the Watchdog Report. If the report doesn't show up, select "Show all types of reports" and try the search again. Click Preview to view this report online. Click Export to download the Excel template of this report. Click Watchdog Report to adjust the settings for this report. Congratulations!
