Using Geotab Ace

Using Geotab Ace! Let's get started. Click the Geotab Ace icon. If you do not see the icon, check that you've enabled Geotab Ace on the Beta Features tab of your MyGeotab profile Options. To begin a new chat with Ace, use the search bar to enter any data question or request to retrieve data related to your fleet. What topic would you like to explore with Ace? SAFETY: Enter your request. For example, show me all speeding exceptions from yesterday. Once you've entered your question,  click the blue airplane button. Ace will display the query results in table format, based on the criteria specified in the prompt. Ace also explains its understanding of the request, the assumptions made, and the data sources used to generate the output. Underneath the explanation, you can display the SQL query that Ace generated to retrieve the data. To the right, you also have the option to download a CSV file to view the data source in detail and copy the displayed data. You can give Ace feedback on the response.  Use the thumbs up or down buttons to let Ace know if the response was helpful. Lastly, you can click the new chat icon in the top right when you are ready to ask a new question. PRODUCTIVITY: Enter your request. For example, show all vehicles with active faults with details. Once you've entered your question,  click the blue airplane button.
