Setting up your profile

Setting up your profile! Let's get started. Click the profile icon in the top right. Select Profile. The Preferences tab gives you the ability to adjust settings like your password, the distance measurement system, your local timezone, and more. Let's dive in! Under Personal Information, you can add things like your Employee ID number, Job title, and Primary job priorities. Under Account Preferences, set things like your preferred Timezone, Language, Currency, and more. Under Measurement Preferences, adjust your distance, fuel, and energy measurements. You can also load a regional profile or create a new one. At the bottom of the page, you can select the default page to load when you log in to MyGeotab. Click the Notifications tab. Here, you can toggle on the system alerts you would like to receive. You can enter your mobile number to receive SMS alerts. Before you can receive SMS alerts, you must review the Geotab SMS Terms. Read through the Geotab SMS Terms, then click Accept. Lastly, check the box to confirm your willingness to receive SMS alerts. Click the Beta Features tab. Through Beta Features, you have early access to features that are still in development. Want to try them all? You can easily enroll in our beta program to automatically enable new features. You can also Search for specific features you would like to try. Toggle on any features you would like to use. When finished, remember to save your changes using the button in the top right. Click Reload if you adjusted any beta features. Congratulations! You've completed this tutorial for how to set up your profile.
